Those potential improvement measures <br /> are as follows: <br /> • Intersection 13:Santa Rita Road/Stoneridge Road—The addition of project generated <br /> traffic to EPAP baseline conditions would result in this intersection degrading from LOS D <br /> to LOS E during the AM peak hour and increasing delay in PM peak hour under EPAP Plus <br /> Project Conditions. Under EPAP Plus Project Plus Extension Conditions,the intersection <br /> would operate at LOS E with lower delay in the AM peak hour and operate at an <br /> acceptable LOS D in the PM peak hour. Further mitigation was not identified due to the <br /> widening required and the presence of adjacent land uses abutting the roadway. <br /> • Intersection 16:Hopyard Road/Owens Drive—This intersection would operate at LOS E <br /> during the PM peak hour under EPAP, EPAP Plus Project and EPAP Plus Project Plus <br /> Extension conditions. This is an exempt intersection with LOS below the City of <br />
