Public Hearing —Adopt a resolution approving the City of Pleasanton's Five-year Permanent <br /> Local Housing Allocation Plan and authorizing the City Manager and assigned staff to submit an <br /> application to the State of California, Department of Housing and Community Development for <br /> Permanent Local Housing Allocation Program funds <br /> Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 22-1330. <br /> 6. Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a license agreement with East Bay <br /> Community Energy (EBCE) to pursue installation of publicly available electric vehicle charging <br /> stations on municipal properties <br /> Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 22-1331. <br /> 7. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> Recommendation: Receive report. <br /> Finance <br /> 8. Approve amendment to purchase order agreements with Robert Half International, Inc. and <br /> Nelson Connects for temporary accounting and administrative staffing services <br /> Recommendation: Approve the purchase order agreements. <br /> Library and Recreation <br /> 9. Adopt resolutions accepting two California State Library grants for 1) Adult Literacy Services in <br /> the amount of$48,639, and 2) English-as-a-Second Language services and appropriate grant <br /> funds in the amount of$61,071 for fiscal year 2022/23 <br /> Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 22-1332 and Resolution No. 22-1333. <br /> Police <br /> 10. Adopt a resolution authorizing acceptance and appropriation of a grant award from the State of <br /> California Office of Traffic Safety in the amount of$50,000 <br /> Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 22-1334 to accept the grant award for$50,000 from the <br /> State of California OTS and authorize the City Manager to execute all documents, and <br /> appropriate $40,000 to project 17803 in the Operations Grant Fund in FY 2022-23. <br /> Mayor Brown opened the public hearing. There being no speakers, the Mayor closed the public <br /> hearing. <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Arkin/Narum to approve the consent calendar except item 2.
