Deputy Director of Community Development Melinda Denis and Director of Library and <br /> Recreation Heidi Murphy presented the item. <br /> Mayor Brown opened the public hearing. The following individuals provided comments: <br /> Christine Bourg, Linda Garbarino. <br /> Mayor Brown closed the public hearing. <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Balch/Narum to approve Site Plan option 8 and floor plan option E <br /> (Master Plan "Light") as recommended with direction to preserve as many trees as possible. <br /> Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Mayor Brown <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> 17. Consider approving scope of work for Stoneridge Mall Framework planning process, including key <br /> policy considerations for the planning effort <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1) Consider and approve the scope of work for the Stoneridge Mall Framework, including any <br /> revisions recommended by the City Council <br /> 1) Provide input on any key planning considerations or goals for the Framework <br /> 2) Allocate $176,400 from General Fund Contingency to the Professional Services account in <br /> Community Development/Advance Planning, to cover the costs of the related contracts. <br /> Community Development Director Ellen Clark presented the item. <br /> Mayor Brown opened the public hearing. The followng individuals provided comments: Jerry Hunt, <br /> Dean Wallace, Jeff Nibert, Chuck Davis. <br /> Mayor Brown closed the public hearing. <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Narum/Arkin to approve the item as recommended.
