Deputy Director of Community Development Melinda Denis and Director of Library and Recreation Heidi Murphy presented the item. Mayor Brown opened the public hearing. MOTION: It was m/s by Balch/Narum to approve Site Plan option 8 and floor plan option E (Master Plan "Light") as recommended with direction to preserve as many trees as possible. Consider approving scope of work for Stoneridge Mall Framework planning process, including key policy considerations for the planning effort Recommendation: 1) Consider and approve the scope of work for the Stoneridge Mall Framework, including any revisions recommended by the City Council 1) Provide input on any key planning considerations or goals for the Framework 2) Allocate $176,400 from General Fund Contingency to the Professional Services account in Community Development/Advance Planning, to cover the costs of the related contracts.
