Accept the monthly Disbursements and Investment Report for June 2022 Recommendation: Accept report. Operations Services 8. Approve continuation of local drought emergency Recommendation: Approve the continuation of the local drought emergency. 9. Approve first amendments to three agreements for on-call electrical and instrumentation/control engineering services by increasing the cumulative not-to-exceed amount for FY 2022/23 & FY 2023/24 to $100,000 for a total of$300,000 Recommendation: Authorize approval of the three amendments and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements. 10. Approve the purchase of a 45-foot bucket truck from Altec in the amount of $175,200 Recommendation: Approve purchase and authorize the City Manager to execute a purchase order in the amount of$175,200 which includes a 15 percent contingency Mayor Brown opened public comment.
