Per <br />Senate Bill 743 and CEQA Guidelines §15064.3, a project’s effect on the operations of the <br />circulation system (as measured by metrics such as LOS), is presumed to be less-than-significant <br />for CEQA purposes by statute. Thus, the analysis of the project’s effect on the operations of the <br />circulation system is for informational purposes only. <br />Existing Plus Project Traffic Volumes <br />The Project traffic volumes were added to the existing traffic volumes from Figure 2A and 2B to <br />estimate the Existing Plus Project traffic volumes, as shown on Figure 3A and 3B.
