Ordinance No. <br />Page 4 <br />SECTION 3: The City Council hereby approves the application for PUD development <br />plan, PUD -145 as reflected in the plans dated August 25, 2022 to subdivide the parcel into two <br />approximately 43,560 square -foot parcels and construct an approximately 3,937 -square -foot, <br />single -story single-family residence with an attached approximately 876 -square -foot garage on <br />Parcel A and an approximately 4,549 -square -foot, single -story single-family residence with an <br />attached approximately 522 -square -foot garage on Parcel B located at 535 Sycamore Road, <br />subject to the Conditions of Approval in Attachment 1, attached hereto and incorporated into this <br />ordinance by reference. <br />SECTION 4. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br />days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the <br />City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City <br />Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br />SECTION 5.
