CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> June 21, 2022 <br /> This meeting was conducted in accordance with Governor Newsom's <br /> Executive Order N-29-20 and AB 361 COVID-19 pandemic protocols. <br /> GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICTS - SPECIAL MEETING <br /> Chair Brown called the special meeting of the Board of Geologic Hazard Abatement District (GHAD) <br /> from the Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal and via Zoom to order at the hour of 6:50 p.m. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Boardmembers Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Chair Brown <br /> Absent: None <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT — None. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> 1. Public Hearing — Adopted and waived the full reading of GHAD Resolution No. 22-129 Laurel <br /> Creek Estates, Resolution No. 22-130 Moller Ranch, Resolution No. 22-131 Lemoine Ranch <br /> Estates, Resolution No. 22-132 Oak Tree Farm approving the annual assessments for the <br /> Geologic Hazard Abatement Districts <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Narum/Arkin to approve the Consent Calendar as submitted. Motion passed by <br /> the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Boardmembers Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Chair Brown <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Chair Brown adjourned the meeting at 6:54 p.m. <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> Mayor Brown called the hybrid regular meeting of the City Council from the Council Chamber located at <br /> 200 Old Bernal and via Zoom to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Balch led the Pledge of <br /> Allegiance and provided opening remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Mayor Brown <br /> Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> City Manager Gerry Beaudin stated staff is continuing Item 11 and moved Item 8 as Item 30 due to its <br /> connection to the Fiscal Year 2022/23 budget. <br /> Councilmember Balch pulled Item 25. making it Item 31. <br />
