Um Clrt,OX~ PL~SANTON <br /> <br /> ANNEXATION NO. 46 <br /> <br /> All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the general westerly boundary line of that <br />certain territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 366, adopted <br />December 13, 1965, a map of which was filed January 21, 1966, in Map Book 51 at <br />page 14 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California at the northwesterly corner <br />of that certain parcel of land designated "Parcel 1" and conveyed by N~rriet J. <br />Boyette, formerly Harriet J. Essert, and Robert B. Boyette, her husband, to Donald <br />H. Stoneson, as his separate property, by deed recorded April 5, 1963, on Reel <br />846 of Official Records, Image 817 (AU-57988), Records of Alameda County, Cali- <br />fornia, and running thence northeasterly, southeasterly and southwesterly along <br />said general westerly boundary line to the southwesterly corner of the aforesaid <br />parcel of land; thence leaving said general westerly boundary line northwesterly <br />along the southwesterly line of said parcel of land to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 4-12-66 <br /> <br /> <br />
