SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />approve the annexation of the territory described hereafter to <br />the City of Pleasanton, and does hereby further ordain that the <br />said territory be and is hereby annexed to the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Said territory is situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />(SEE EXHIBIT A, ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF) <br />SECTION 3. As an interim measure and as a holding zone for <br />a period of ninety (90) days after the completion of these annexa- <br />tion proceedings,including the filing of a certified copy of this <br />ordinance with the Secretary of State of California, the City <br />Council does hereby classify and zone said territory described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> R-1 DISTRICT - SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. The City Clerk and City Officers shall perform <br />all acts necessary to complete this annexation. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting on June 6, 1966. <br /> ADOPTED this June 1.~3~ 1966, by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Long, Rega, Reid and Harding <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: WARREN R.
