Sequoia will submit technical memoranda summarizing the survey results to the City and CDFW no more than 5 days prior to work initiation per the SAA. Preconstruction surveys and monitoring to be conducted through end of SAA term, December 31, 2026, unless extended. Extension of CDFW SAA term beyond 2026 would require additional surveys and monitoring, which Sequoia could perform with a change order. 3.4 Environmental Training Sequoia's CDFW-Approved biologists will develop an environmental training for all relevant City staff or contractors present during Project activities.As a cost-savings measure, Sequoia proposes to prepare a stand-alone training video that can be administered to construction management personnel to eliminate the need for scheduling in-person trainings from biologists. Training materials will also include trifold pamphlets containing information on covered species, relevant laws and regulations, and important permit measures, a training sign-in sheet, as well as a hardhat sticker showing training completion that will be given to crew members. 3.5 Annual Status/Summary Report Sequoia will prepare an annual status/summary report each year SMP activities occur in accordance with the Project permits.The annual report shall be submitted before or on the deadline specified in the permits.
