Sequoia will submit technical memoranda summarizing the survey results to <br /> the City and CDFW no more than 5 days prior to work initiation per the SAA. <br /> Preconstruction surveys and monitoring to be conducted through end of SAA term, December <br /> 31, 2026, unless extended. Extension of CDFW SAA term beyond 2026 would require additional <br /> surveys and monitoring, which Sequoia could perform with a change order. <br /> 3.4 Environmental Training <br /> Sequoia's CDFW-Approved biologists will develop an environmental training for all relevant City <br /> staff or contractors present during Project activities.As a cost-savings measure, Sequoia <br /> proposes to prepare a stand-alone training video that can be administered to construction <br /> management personnel to eliminate the need for scheduling in-person trainings from biologists. <br /> Training materials will also include trifold pamphlets containing information on covered species, <br /> relevant laws and regulations, and important permit measures, a training sign-in sheet, as well <br /> as a hardhat sticker showing training completion that will be given to crew members. <br /> 3.5 Annual Status/Summary Report <br /> Sequoia will prepare an annual status/summary report each year SMP activities occur in <br /> accordance with the Project permits.The annual report shall be submitted before or on the <br /> deadline specified in the permits. <br /> Task 3 Deliverables <br /> • Draft photo documentation point map and geodata <br /> • Final documentation point map and geodata <br /> • Biological survey reports <br /> ■ Environmental Training Materials: <br /> — Trifold pamphlets, sign-in sheet, hard hat sticker <br /> — Environmental training PowerPoint, Spanish versions <br /> • Daily Reporting for As-Needed Monitoring <br /> • Annual Construction Summary/Status Report <br /> ■ Deliverables will be provided in electronic formats) requested by the City and may include PDF, <br /> KMZ, shapefile, web-based maps, or ArcGIS Online feature layers. <br />
