<br /> 1995-1 (Moller Ranch), declaring the City's intention to levy, order improvements, and assess the
<br /> properties for the cost to operate and maintain the Districts, set June 21, 2022, at 7 p.m., as the

<br /> Engineers, increasing the agreement to a not-to-exceed amount of$51,500 for additional design
<br /> and construction support services, increasing the agreement to a not to exceed amount of
<br /> $328,000, authorize a first to the professional services agreement with Pakpour Consulting
<br /> Group, Inc. in the amount of$65,000 for additional construction management services, increasing
<br /> the agreement to a not-to-exceed amount of$240,000, and authorize the City Manager to enter
<br /> into the amendments to the agreements with HMH Engineers and Pakpour Consulting Group, Inc.
