Grading plans submitted along with the Parcel Map application must show <br />that the proposed storm drain inlets on the property frontage along Sycamore Road shall be <br />positioned to capture runoff at the property corners. Private bioretention areas can then connect to <br />this system. <br /> <br />Standard Conditions of Approval <br /> <br />39. ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT FEES FOR SERVICE: The Engineering Department assesses <br />fees for services including plan-check, permit issuance, and inspection according to the City’s <br />adopted Master Fee Schedule. These fees are separate and distinct from fees assessed by the <br />Community Development Department (including Planning and Building Division fees).
