Cultural Awareness and Inclusion: How to understand and create a safe space for people from <br /> different backgrounds so they feel ling they belong on the team or in the organization <br /> • Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation: Select topics on the importance of LGBTQIA+ <br /> representation and effective inclusion strategies <br /> • Avoiding Ableism: Provide leadership with strategies to attract, retain and support people living <br /> with various disabilities <br /> • Neurodiversity: Understanding the needs of neurodiverse populations and how to include and <br /> maximize neurodiverse members of the team. <br /> DELIVERABLES <br /> • Facilitation of DEI Training and Executive Coaching <br /> • DEI training materials including but not limited to participant guide, presentation slides and <br /> videos, and facilitation guidebook <br /> • Train-the-trainer materials that allows City leadership to own the learning and continue the <br /> learning journey with meaningful impact last after the MGT contract is complete <br /> • Participant satisfaction surveys and survey results for each training session (results to be used to <br /> drive alterations and improvements the quality and impact of future sessions as well as to hold <br /> MGT accountable to exceptional performance). <br /> *Total cost is contingent on quantity, length, and modality of training sessions to be decided by City <br /> Leadership. <br /> ••••.
