Engagement (likes, comments, shares & clicks) is <br /> paramount to effectively using Facebook & Instagram. Engagement allows us to <br /> have two-way conversations with our followers, create instant word of mouth, <br /> understand what is/isn't working for Downtown and drive more traffic to our <br /> businesses.
