Planning Commission Minutes Page 2 of 3 August 24, 2022 The Actions of the Zoning Administrator were approved, as submitted. The meeting minutes of June 22, 2022 were approved, as submitted. Resolution PC-2022-11 approving P22-0513 was approved, as motioned. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC 4. Public Comment from the audience regarding items not listed on the agenda – Speakers are encouraged to limit comments to 3 minutes. There were no speaker cards submitted. PUBLIC HEARING AND OTHER MATTERS There were no public hearing items or other matters. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACTION/INFORMATION 5. Reports from Meetings Attended (e.g., Committee, Task Force, etc.) Commissioner Nibert discussed his attended at the Bicycle Pedestrian and Trails Committee (BPTC) meeting of August 22, 2022 and provided a brief summary of the main items on the agenda. 6. Actions of the City Council Ms. Clark provided a brief overview of the items listed in the report. In response to Commission questions, Ms. Clark responded to questions regarding the Stoneridge Mall Framework. 7. Future Planning Calendar There were no items to report. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS Commissioner Nibert asked if the Planning Commission would review the Harrison Street Project. Ms. Clark discussed the third resubmittal of the project and processing at the staff level pursuant to SB35 requirements. Commissioner Allen welcomed a celebration of her and Commissioner Brown’s last meeting. ADJOURNMENT Chair Pace adjourned the meeting at 7:21 p.m.
