<br />Planning Commission Minutes Page 1 of 3 August 24, 2022 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />DRAFT <br />Wednesday, August 24, 2022 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL <br /> <br />The meeting of the Planning Commission of August 24, 2022 was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />by Chair Pace. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chair Brandon Pace. <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Emily Carroll, Assistant Planner; Ellen Clark, Director of Community <br />Development; Julie Harryman, Assistant City Attorney; Estela <br />Ramirez, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Nancy Allen, Justin Brown, Matt Gaidos, Ken <br />Morgan, Jeff Nibert and Chair Brandon Pace <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR - Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted by one <br />motion unless a request for removal for discussion or explanation is received from the Planning <br />Commission or a member of the public by submitting a speaker card for that item. <br /> <br />1. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />2. Approve the meeting minutes of June 22, 2022 <br /> <br />3. P22-0513, Rakesh Jain, 1069 Serpentine Lane – Application for a Conditional Use <br />Permit for the operation of a Jain community facility located at 1069 Serpentine Lane. <br />The property is a zoned Planned Unit Development – Industrial (PUD-I) District. <br /> <br />Commissioner Nibert moved to approve Items 1 through 3 on the Consent Calendar. <br />Commissioner Gaidos seconded the motion. <br /> <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Commissioners Allen, Brown, Gaidos, Nibert, and Pace <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None
