Presentation of a proclamation naming February 2022 as Rotary in Pleasanton month <br />Councilmember Testa read the proclamation. <br />District Governor Flanders thanked the City on behalf of Pleasanton's three Rotary Clubs. He advised <br />the Rotary Clubs have raised millions of dollars to benefit Pleasanton's residents and have performed <br />countless hours of community service. He thanked the City Council for the honor. <br />Councilmember Testa thanked Mr. Flanders and all of the Rotarians. Mayor Brown thanked the Rotary <br />Clubs for their service to the community. <br />13.
