CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Govt. Code, §54957.6: <br /> Agency representative: Brian Dolan, Debra Gill, and Art Hartinger <br /> Employee Organization: International Association of Firefighters Local 1974 <br /> ADJOURNMENT — The special meeting adjourned at 7:03 p.m. <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> Mayor Brown called the teleconferenced regular meeting of the City Council from various remote <br /> locations to order at the hour of 7:06 p.m. Councilmember Testa led the Pledge of Allegiance and <br /> provided opening remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Mayor Brown <br /> Absent: None <br /> CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br /> City Attorney Dan Sodergren advised there was no reportable action. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS — None. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Mayor Brown opened the public hearing. <br /> Sharon Piekarski stated the Climate Action Plan (CAP) 2.0 is exciting and vitally important to both <br /> current residents and future generations. She added the City must work hard at reaching its goals <br /> including encouraging mass transportation and increased usage of bicycles and walking. She <br /> encouraged implementing the Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan approved four years ago. <br /> Mayor Brown closed the public hearing. <br />
