Attachment 1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 22- <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON SETTING <br />COMPENSATION AND AMENDING THE MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL <br />EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE COMPENSATION PLAN <br />WHEREAS, compensation for the City's Management and Confidential employees, <br />exceptthe City Manager and City Attorney, is set forth in the City's Management and Confidential <br />Employee Performance Compensation Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to <br />increase the salary control points for each Management and Confidential classification by 3 <br />percent; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. Approves a revision to the salary control point schedule, effective <br />September 3, 2022, for Management and Confidential employees, increasing the salary control <br />points for each Management and Confidential classification by 3 percent, in Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br />a regular meeting held on September 6, 2022. <br />I, Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify the foregoing <br />resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of September <br />2022, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmembers <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Daniel G.
