On-Call Electrical & Instrumentation/Control Engineering <br /> Services Agreements provide access to electrical engineering consultants who can <br /> perform equipment investigations, design electrical/instrumentation systems, <br /> engineering recommendations for emergency situations, and other tasks associated <br /> with public works infrastructure design. <br /> In June 2019, staff issued a Request for Qualifications for Electrical Engineering <br /> services. In August 2019, the City awarded and entered into three agreements with <br /> Beecher Engineering, Frisch Engineering and TJC & Associates. These contracts are <br /> utilized for electrical consulting for routine and emergency projects. In August 2019, the <br /> City entered into three agreements with Electrical Engineering firms Beecher <br /> Engineering, Frisch Engineering and TJC & Associates for electrical consulting for <br /> routine and emergency projects. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> Staff has been using these services for emergency power, motor control upgrades and <br /> pump station control systems.
