<br />Planning Commission Minutes Page 1 of 4 April 27, 2022 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />DRAFT <br />Wednesday, May 25, 2022 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL <br /> <br />The meeting of the Planning Commission of May 25, 2022 was called to order at 7:09 p.m. by <br />Chair Pace. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Morgan. <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Ellen Clark, Director of Community Development; Julie Harryman, <br />Assistant City Attorney; Estela Ramirez, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Nancy Allen, Justin Brown, Matt Gaidos, Ken <br />Morgan, and Chair Brandon Pace. <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Jeff Nibert <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR - Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted by one <br />motion unless a request for removal for discussion or explanation is received from the Planning <br />Commission or a member of the public by submitting a speaker card for that item. <br /> <br />1. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />2. Approve the meeting minutes of April 27, 2022 <br /> <br />Commissioner Allen requested the second paragraph on Page 2 of the April 27, 2022 minutes <br />be changed from “more detail work or a window” to “more detail work including windows” to <br />clarify that windows were a subset of the requested improvements, not sufficient on their own. <br /> <br />Commissioner Allen moved to approve Items 1 and 2 on the Consent Calendar, with the <br />proposed changes on Item 2. Commissioner Gaidos seconded the motion. <br /> <br />AYES: Commissioners Allen, Brown, Gaidos, Morgan, and Pace <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Nibert <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />The Actions of the Zoning Administrator were approved, as submitted. <br />
