Costs The proposed two-year budget quantifies elements of implementation that have a budget impact. The budget is presented as two full years(i.e.,24 months)with Year 1 starting on July 1,2022,which the RFP(Request for Proposals)states as the Contract Start Date for the ARMH(Alternate Response to Mental Health)program. Data Analyst: 0.10 FTE @$81,748=$8,174.80 Data Coordinator: 0.30 FTE @ $56,680=$17,004.00 Crisis Services Clinical Supervisor: 0.10 FTE @$115,000=$11,500 Director of Crisis Services: 0.10 FTE @$132,000=$13,200 Benefits: Staff benefits are budgeted at the current Bonita House rate of 24%as follows: Social security/Medicare=7.65%; Medical&Dental= 10.42%; Worker's compensation insurance= 1.72%;Retirement=3.30%; Life Insurance&Long-Term Disability=0.46%;Unemployment=0.45%. Yearly Operating Costs: $13,362 The costs reflect a predominantly field-based program staff.As in our other Bonita House field-based programs, staff go directly into the field from their homes.
