This is considered best practice and will <br /> ensure community members continually receive high quality mental health services. <br /> Our team will partner with City of Pleasanton to develop an outreach plan to collaborate with local <br /> schools,mental health providers and community stakeholders. This could range from providing <br /> presentations at local schools,to posting at the local fair to promote the program.We could also <br /> implement strategies to engage consumers in gathering feedback to understand the effectiveness of the <br /> program and its structure. <br /> We will be able to implement and support the program with the following staffing structure. Each of these <br /> positions will provide a role in meeting the specifications of the RFP. <br /> Behavioral Health Clinician: This is a position for licensed master's or doctorly prepared LMFT,LCSW, <br /> LPCC,PsyD,PhD. in Clinical Psychology,candidates with 2 years of progressively responsible <br /> experience providing clinical services, including crisis management. Experience working with children, <br /> adults with substance use and in assessment,diagnosis,formulating treatment plans, and performing <br /> verbal crisis intervention and de-escalation, linkage to services, and bilingual 2.0 FTE 40hrs/week. <br /> Data Analyst: This role will be filled by existing staff in the Crisis Services department. This individual <br /> will be responsible for assisting with data collection and analysis along with creation of systems to <br /> support data tracking needs. 0.10 FTE 4hrs/week <br /> Data Coordinator: Conducting Search.Data Coordinator provides general administrative and clerical <br /> support to clinical staff. The Data Coordinator will assist with billing to Alameda County INSYST system <br /> and Medicare, including maintaining an eligibility tracking system for Medi-Cal and Medicare billing, <br /> and maintaining work unit's reports and records suitable for county, state, and federal auditing. 0.30 FTE <br /> 12hrs/week <br /> Crisis Services Clinical Supervisor: This role will be filled by existing staff in the Crisis Services <br /> department.This position will assist with the training of new staff at the New Hire Academy and in the <br /> field. This position with assist with outreach. The supervisor will be available by phone for consultation if <br /> needed. This position will provide on-call coverage if needed. 0.10 FTE 4hrs/week <br /> Director of Crisis Services:This role will be filled by existing staff in the Crisis Services department. <br /> This position will manage the logistics of creating the program,hiring staff,and implementation of <br /> systems to support follow up,outreach and data collection. This position will provide on-call coverage if <br /> needed. 0.10 FTE 4hrs/week <br />
