Class A ramps where meeting Bernal crosswalks, C <br /> ramps where crossing Nevada on the east side of <br /> Bernal. <br /> 4. The proposed parallel parking stall in the fire station <br /> parking lot should be removed and should remain as <br /> landscaping. <br /> 5. Plaza at Wyoming to be modified such that bollards <br /> are removed and a planter strip is installed instead. <br /> The planter strip would replace the plaza paving <br /> fronting the street from the west (bulb out) end of the <br /> plaza to a remnant just large enough to <br /> accommodate the Nevada street crosswalk on the <br /> east side of the Wyoming Street intersection. <br /> 6. A 8' wide curb ramp should be centered on the <br /> crosswalk with a bollard at the top of the ramp. <br /> Consider the width of bollard when designing the <br /> ramp to confirm there is 4' clearance from the face of <br /> the bollard and ramp grade break. Width adjustment <br /> of the ramp may need to be considered to maintain <br /> the 4' clearance width, See Diagram B below. <br /> 7. Striping to the east of the humane Society frontage will <br /> have a 1 foot shift. <br /> 8. Use 14' total for parking, buffer, and bike. See Diagram <br /> C below. <br /> 9. 45 degree parking bays with 5' radii is a good <br /> standard to go with. <br /> The information above is Callander Associates' understanding of items discussed and <br /> decisions reached at the meeting.
