Resolution No. 04-067 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Modifies the approved conditional use permit for Bemal Comers, a self-service <br />gasoline station located at 1875 Valley Avenue (southeast comer of Bemal <br />Avenue and Valley Avenue)with a convenience market, quick-service restaurant, <br />and carwash to consider hours of operation, operation of the drive-through <br />carwash, noise, perimeter fencing, and other issues, subject to the conditions <br />shown on "Exhibit B," attached hereto and made a part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
