All agreements reached
between the parties during the meet and confer process are tentative until the contract,
in its entirety, is ratified by members of IAFF (this was completed on June 18, 2022) and
approved by the City Councils of both Livermore and Pleasanton. It is the City of
Pleasanton's practice to introduce the key elements of the proposed contract to allow
for open discussion prior to Council action at a future meeting. As planned, this matter
will be included on the agenda for the July 19, 2022 City Council meeting for approval.
Submitted by: Fis al Review: Approved by:
—OxuSigned by: Ct
Pt ir& at
0e151'945fi M. n Shah Gerry Beaudin
Former Director of Human Interim Director of Finance City Manager
Resources/Labor Relations
Attachment:
