Allocations. (to be completed if Rates are to be determined using a cost-based adjustment pursuant 3222 <br />to Section 8.2) 3223 <br />1. Provide a concise general explanation of the various allocation methodologies used for each 3224 <br />Rate application line item; 3225 <br />2. Provide specific examples of each type of allocation used showing how an entry is reported in 3226 <br />the general ledger (GL) and ties to the Rate application; and, 3227 <br />3. Provide a statement indicating whether there have been any changes in allocation methods 3228 <br />used since the last Rate application. If any allocation methods have changed clearly identify 3229 <br />those changes. 3230 <br />H. Projections. (to be completed if Rates are to be determined using a cost-based adjustment pursuant 3231 <br />to Section 8.2) 3232 <br />1. Provide support for the basis for projected Gross Rate Revenues and line item expenses, clearly 3233 <br />indicate the supporting calculations and assumptions; and, 3234 <br />2. Provide support for the most-recent twelve (12) months of Tonnage data for period ending 3235 <br />October; clearly indicate the supporting calculations and assumptions. 3236 <br />I. Recovered Organic Waste Products. 3237 <br />1. Compost for City Use. The total amount of Compost Product provided to the City in the year 3238 <br />for City use, in accordance with Section 5.13.3.F. 3239 <br />2. Compost Product Give-Away. The results of the Contractor’s annual Compost Product give-3240 <br />away event, pursuant to Section 5.13.3.G, including the following information: 3241 <br />a. The total amount of Compost Product made available during the give-away event; 3242 <br />b. The total amount of Compost Product picked up by residents during the give-away 3243 <br />event; and, 3244 <br />c. A copy of the educational notice provided to Generators in advance of the give-3245 <br />away event, as specified in Section 5.13.3.G 3246 <br />3. Renewable Natural Gas. The total amount of RNG procured by the Contractor for use in 3247 <br />Contractor vehicles, in diesel gallon equivalents (DGE), including copies of any receipts, 3248 <br />invoices, or other similar documentation evidencing procurement. In addition to the amount 3249 <br />procured, Contractor shall include the total amount actually used in Contractor vehicles in the 3250 <br />calendar year, if these values are different 3251 <br />6.4 Annual Reports Required by Law 3252 <br />6.4.1 Reports to CalRecycle 3253 <br />Contractor shall prepare the annual report required by AB 939 (“Annual Report”) in draft form on behalf 3254 <br />of the City as specified in Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Section 18794. Contractor shall submit 3255 <br />a draft of the Annual Report to the City, including supporting documentation and calculations, for review 3256 <br />no later than forty-five (45) calendar days prior to the State’s annual reporting deadline. The City shall 3257 <br />review the draft Annual Report and may request that Contractor modify the report and/or direct 3258 <br />Contractor to investigate any opportunities to correct possible inaccuracies in the Tonnage reflected in 3259 <br />the California Integrated Waste Management Board’s Disposal Reporting System, and request other 3260
