Revenue. Contractor shall provide a statement detailing Gross Rate Revenues from all operations 2950 <br />conducted or permitted pursuant to this Agreement as required by Section 7.6. This statement shall 2951 <br />identify billed revenues and actual Gross Rate Revenues received listed separately for Single-Family, 2952 <br />Multi-Family, Commercial, and Drop Box Customers. 2953 <br />G. Multi-Family Technical Assistance. Contractor shall submit a list of all complexes in the City with 2954 <br />addresses, contact names and telephone numbers, number of units, and the Solid Waste, 2955 <br />Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials Service Level for each complex. Identify the complexes 2956 <br />visited during the reporting period, the date of each visit, and the results of such visits. 2957 <br />H. Commercial Technical Assistance. Contractor shall submit a list of all Commercial Customers visited 2958 <br />during the reporting period, the date of each visit, and the results of such visits. Include addresses, 2959 <br />contact names, and telephone numbers of Persons contacted. 2960 <br />I. Community Drop-Off Event. If the community drop-off event at the Approved Transfer Site 2961 <br />described in Section 5.9 occurred during the most-recently completed month, report the number 2962 <br />of participating residents, and total volume of materials received through the event by material 2963 <br />type. 2964 <br />J. Public Education and Outreach. Contractor shall maintain records of: 2965 <br />1. The monthly status of activities required by Section 5.17 and identified in the annual public 2966 <br />education plan described in Exhibit B, including copies of education and outreach materials 2967 <br />provided during the month and a list of to whom the information was sent, and the date it 2968 <br />was sent. Include the dates and content of posted social media posts, e-mail communications, 2969 <br />or other electronic messages. 2970 <br />2. For any mass distribution through mailings or bill inserts that occurred in the month, the 2971 <br />Contractor shall maintain a record of the date, a copy of the information distributed, and the 2972 <br />type and number of accounts that received the information. 2973 <br />K. Contamination Monitoring. Contractor’s contamination monitoring report shall include the 2974 <br />following information: 2975 <br />1. The number of route reviews conducted pursuant to Section 5.24 of this Agreement. 2976 <br />2. A description of the Contractor’s process for determining the level of contamination during 2977 <br />route reviews. Contractor shall document the contamination and/or overfilling through 2978 <br />photographic evidence. 2979 <br />3. A record of each inspection, which shall include, at a minimum: 2980 <br />a. Name and address of the Customer; 2981 <br />c. The date the contaminated Container was observed; 2982 <br />d. The staff who conducted the inspection; 2983
