Workers’ Compensation insurance as required by the Labor Code of the State of California and 3968 <br />Employers Liability insurance. 3969 <br />D. Employee Blanket Fidelity Bond. 3970 <br />9.5.2 Minimum Limits of Insurance 3971 <br />Contractor shall maintain limits no less than: 3972 <br />A. Comprehensive General Liability: $10,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence for bodily 3973 <br />injury, personal injury, and property damage. 3974 <br />B. Automobile Liability: $10,000,000 combined single limit per accident for bodily injury and property 3975 <br />damage. 3976 <br />C. Workers’ Compensation and Employers Liability: Workers’ compensation limits as required by the 3977 <br />Labor Code of the State of California and Employers Liability limits of $1,000,000 per accident. 3978 <br />D. Employee Blanket Fidelity Bond in the amount of $500,000 per employee, covering dishonesty, 3979 <br />forgery, alteration, theft, disappearance, destruction (inside or outside). 3980 <br />9.5.3 Deductibles and Self-Insured Retentions 3981 <br />Any deductibles or self-insured retentions must be declared to and approved by the City. At the option 3982 <br />of the City, either: the insurer shall reduce or eliminate such deductibles or self-insured retentions as 3983 <br />respects the City, its officials, and employees; or the Contractor shall procure a bond guaranteeing 3984 <br />payment of losses and related investigations, claim administration and defense expenses. 3985 <br />9.5.4 Other Insurance Provisions 3986 <br />The policies are to contain, or be endorsed to contain, the following provisions: 3987 <br />A. General Liability and Automobile Liability Coverages 3988 <br />1. The City, its officials, employees, and volunteers are to be covered as additional insureds as 3989 <br />respects: liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of the Contractor; products 3990 <br />and completed operations of the Contractor; premises owned, leased or used by the 3991 <br />Contractor; or automobiles owned, leased, hired or borrowed by the Contractor. The coverage 3992 <br />shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to the City, its officials, 3993 <br />employees, or volunteers. The automobile liability is endorsed to contain MCA-90 coverage. 3994 <br />The Contractor's insurance coverage shall be primary insurance as respects the City, its officials, 3995 <br />employees, and volunteers. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by the City, its officials, 3996 <br />employees, or volunteers shall be in excess of the Contractor's insurance and shall not 3997 <br />contribute with it. 3998
