DocuSign Envelope ID.472EFD46-7A61-4D14-A863-146B7200028C <br /> Attachment 1 <br /> FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> This Fourth Amendment to Agreement("Fourth Amendment") is entered into this 1st day <br /> of July 2022 by the City of Pleasanton("City") and Preservation Arts (formally SF Art <br /> Conservation) ("Contractor"). <br /> Whereas, on June 15, 2018 the City and Preservation Arts entered into a Goods <br /> and Services Agreement for art conservation services ("Agreement"); and <br /> Whereas,the Agreement contemplated the parties ability to extend the <br /> Agreement additional years; and <br /> Whereas,the parties desire to amend the Agreement during the fourth of four <br /> allowable extensions; <br /> Now,therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br /> acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Section 1 of the Agreement, "Goods to be provided/services to be <br /> performed" is extended through June 30, 2023. <br /> 2. Section 2 of the Agreement, "Compensation" is amended for this <br /> extension period to include: City shall pay Contractor for services <br /> rendered pursuant to this Agreement as described more particularly in <br /> Exhibit A. The payments shall be made upon receipt and approval of the <br /> Contractor's invoice. Total compensation for services and reimbursement <br /> for costs shall not exceed $60,000. <br /> 3.
