Road clearance priorities are pre-established to allow access to critical public facilities such as fire stations, police stations, hospitals, shelters, and emergency supply centers. The Cities' priority roads for emergency clearance are listed in Attachment N of this plan. Debris Damage Assessment Damage assessments are necessary to determine the extent and the location of the debris.
