Parcels A and B are zoned Planned Unit Development—Open Space (PUD- <br /> OS). Uses permitted in the PUD-A parcels are public trails, bio-retention area, <br /> community open space. <br /> Parcel C is zoned Planned Unit Development—Agriculture/Open Space (PUD- <br /> A/OS). The uses on the PUD-A/OS shall be following: <br /> • Livestock ranching (grazing) operation; <br /> • Field crops and horticultural specialties. <br /> • Public open space; and <br /> • Public trails. (PROJECT SPECIFIC CONDITION) <br /> Site Development Standards <br /> 8. Lots 1-22 are zoned Planned Unit Development— Semi-Rural Residential <br /> Development (PUD-SRDR).
