cause of death and has made recommendations concerning treatment and dispositions <br /> of the human remains to the person responsible for the excavation, or to their authorized <br /> representative. A similar note shall appear on the building permit and/or improvement <br /> plans. <br /> Fees <br /> 29. FEES: The applicant shall pay any and all fees to which the property may be subject, <br /> prior to issuance of grading and/or building permits, or prior to recordation of the final <br /> map, whichever is applicable. The type and amount of the fees shall be those in effect at <br /> the time the permit is issued. <br /> 30. WATER FEES AND WATER METER CONNECTION FEES: The applicant shall pay the <br /> applicable Zone 7 and City connection fees and water meter cost for any water meters <br /> and irrigation meters, if applicable, prior to building permit issuance. <br /> 31. SEWER FEES: The applicant shall pay the applicable Dublin-San Ramon Services <br /> District (DSRSD) and City sewer permit fees prior to building permit issuance. <br /> 32. SCHOOL IMPACT FEES — RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION: Applicant shall work <br /> with the Pleasanton Unified School District (PUSD) to develop a program to offset this <br /> project's long term effect on school facility needs in Pleasanton. This program shall be <br /> designed to fund school facilities necessary to offset this project's reasonably related <br /> effect on the long-term need for expanded school facilities. The method and manner for <br /> the provision of these funds and/or facilities shall be approved by the PUSD and in place <br /> prior to building permit issuance. Written proof of compliance with this condition shall be <br /> provided by applicant to the City, on a form generated by the PUSD, prior to building <br /> permit issuance. <br /> 33. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: The applicant shall provide all initial buyers with copies of <br /> the final project conditions of approval. <br /> ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT — LAND DEVELOPMENT — 925-931-5650 <br /> 34. CLEAN WATER PROGRAM: According to Appendix L of the C.3 Technical Guidance <br /> published by the Alameda Countywide Clean Water Program, single family residential <br /> projects that create and/or replace 2,500 square feet or more of impervious surface are <br /> considered "Small Projects" that must implement one of the following site design <br /> measures to address pollution from storm water runoff: <br /> a. Direct roof runoff into cisterns or rain barrels for use <br /> b. Direct roof runoff onto vegetated areas <br /> c. Direct runoff from sidewalks, walkways, and/or patios onto vegetated areas <br /> d. Direct runoff from driveways/uncovered parking lots onto vegetated areas <br /> e. Construct sidewalks, walkways, and/or patios with permeable surfaces <br /> f. Construct driveways, and/or uncovered parking areas with permeable surfaces <br /> The applicant shall indicate on the plans which site design measure will be implemented. <br /> Project specific condition. <br /> PUD-140 & P21-0079 Planning Commission <br /> Page 6 of 15 <br /> consistent with <br /> the requirements of the State California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. In <br /> the event of discovery or recognition of any human remains in any on-site location, there <br /> shall be no further excavation or disturbance of the site or any nearby area reasonably <br /> suspected to overlie adjacent remains until the County coroner has determined, in <br /> accordance with any law concerning investigation of the circumstances, the manner and <br /> PUD-140 & P21-0079 Planning Commission <br /> Page 5 of 15 <br />
