The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Committee Members Present: Chairperson Joanie Fields, Bruce Henry, John <br /> Houston, Matt Maciel, Jeff Nibert, Steve Nigro, Sharon <br /> Piekarski, and Sierra Stewart. <br /> Committee Members Absent: None. <br /> Staff Present: Matt Nelson, Associate Traffic Engineer <br /> Agency Representatives: None. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> None. <br /> MINUTES <br /> 1. Approval of the September 27, 2021 meeting minutes <br /> Member Maciel pointed out corrections to the September 27, 2021 meeting minutes to <br /> add "new digital right turn lights." <br /> MOTION <br /> Member Houston moved and Member Piekarski seconded a motion to approve the <br /> September 27, 2021 minutes as amended. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> Member Piekarski requested staff follow-up as referenced in the minutes. <br /> MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> 2.
