Resolution No. <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> WHEREAS, Debra Gill has not and will not receive any other benefit, incentive, <br /> compensation in lieu of benefit or other form of compensation in addition to this hourly pay <br /> rate. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> The temporary appointment of the retired annuitant Debra Gill as extra help in the capacity <br /> of Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations Debra Gill, by April 20, 2022. As <br /> described herein, The Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations is responsible <br /> for a wide variety of complex, personnel-related programs, and issues.
