W <br />The following report is based on <br />excerpts from the recently published <br />working paper Inclusionary Housing in <br />the United States: Prevalence, Practices, <br />and Production in Local Jurisdictions <br />os of2019, produced by Grounded <br />Solutions Network in partnership with <br />Fannie Mae in 2020. <br />In conjunction with this working paper, <br />and with Fannie Mae support, Grounded <br />Solutions Network created a webpage <br />(inclusianaryhousing4CgLmLp) that <br />provides program -level information <br />based on ordinance review and survey <br />responses. This webpage also enables <br />users to visualize the distribution of <br />inclusionary housing (IH) programs <br />across the country and allows users <br />to download the database used in this <br />study.
