GEOTECHNICAL CONSULTANT — DESIGN CERTIFICATION: The applicant shall <br />comply with the recommendations of the project geotechnical report. The applicant's <br />California licensed geotechnical engineer shall review and approve all foundation, <br />retaining walls, drainage and geotechnical aspects of the final grading and improvement <br />plans and shall certify on the plans or as otherwise acceptable to the Director of <br />Engineering/City Engineer that the plans are in general compliance with the <br />recommendations of the project geotechnical report. The applicant shall bear all costs <br />for work related to this condition by their geotechnical engineer. (Address this condition <br />prior to improvement plan approval) <br />61. HYDROLOGIC AND HYDRAULIC CALCULATIONS: The applicant's California licensed <br />civil engineer shall submit a detailed hydrologic and hydraulic study for the design storm <br />event as provided for in the City's Design Guide dated 1984 with the first submittal of <br />the improvement plans to the Engineering Department subject to the review and <br />approval of the Director of Engineering/City Engineer. IMPROVEMENT PLANS: The applicant's California licensed civil engineer shall <br />prepare improvement plans that include the plan and profile of all proposed streets; <br />typical and special cross sections; existing and proposed sanitary sewer storm drain, <br />and water improvements; grading; curb ramps, sidewalk, and driveways; subdrains; fire <br />hydrants; street lights; repair or replacement of deficient frontage improvements; <br />construction of frontage improvements; flood zone limits; seismic fault zone limits; <br />existing and proposed easements; existing and proposed lot lines; storm water pollution <br />control plan; storm water management plan; and other details as determined by the <br />Director of Engineering/City Engineer.
