SUMMARY/CONCLUSION <br />As described above, staff suggests the proposed residential unit (as conditioned) will be <br />compatible with the surrounding properties. Staff also suggests the site design, building <br />design, and massing are appropriate for the site and the Design Review criteria can be met. <br />Staff requests the Commission review the proposal and hear all public testimony on the <br />project.
