32. SEWER FEES: The applicant shall pay the applicable Dublin-San Ramon <br /> Services District (DSRSD) and City sewer permit fees prior to building permit <br /> issuance. <br /> 33. SCHOOL IMPACT FEES — RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION: Applicant <br /> shall work with the Pleasanton Unified School District (PUSD) to develop a <br /> program to offset this project's long term effect on school facility needs in <br /> Pleasanton. This program shall be designed to fund school facilities necessary to <br /> offset this project's reasonably related effect on the long-term need for expanded <br /> school facilities. The method and manner for the provision of these funds and/or <br /> facilities shall be approved by the PUSD and in place prior to building permit <br /> issuance. Written proof of compliance with this condition shall be provided by <br /> applicant to the City, on a form generated by the PUSD, prior to building permit <br /> issuance. <br /> 34. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: The applicant shall provide all initial buyers with <br /> copies of the final project conditions of approval. <br /> ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT — LAND DEVELOPMENT — 925-931-5650 <br /> 35. DESIGN PER CITY STANDARDS: All public improvements shall be designed in <br /> compliance with the City Standard Specifications and Details in effect at the time <br /> of the issuance of the encroachment, grading, or subdivision permit, whichever <br /> occurs first. <br /> 36. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: The Conditions of Approval shall be depicted on <br /> a plan sheet(s) in the improvement plans. <br /> 37. GEOTECHNICAL CONSULTANT — DESIGN CERTIFICATION: The applicant <br /> shall comply with the recommendations of the project geotechnical report. The <br /> geotechnical engineer shall review and approve all foundation, retaining walls, <br /> drainage and geotechnical aspects of the final grading and improvement plans, <br /> and shall certify that the plans are in general compliance with the <br /> recommendations of the geotechnical report. The applicant shall bear all costs <br /> for work related to this condition by their geotechnical engineer. <br /> 38. DUST CONTROL: The applicant shall implement a dust control plan or <br /> procedure for all grading and/or improvement activities. Failure to adequately <br /> control dust will result in issuance of a Stop Work Order by the Director of <br /> Engineering/City Engineer. <br /> 39. EROSION CONTROL MEASURES FOR SUBDIVISIONS: The applicant shall <br /> submit an erosion control plan designed by a certified Qualified SWPPP <br /> (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) Practitioner (QSP) for all projects <br /> disturbing 1 acre or more or by a California licensed civil engineer or California <br /> licensed landscape architect for all projects disturbing less than 1 acre of land, <br /> subject to the review and approval of the Director of Engineering/City Engineer. <br /> All cut and fill slopes shall be stabilized immediately after the completion of <br />
