• <br /> RECEIVED <br /> 12/22/21 <br /> P21-1206 <br /> Request to Modify Sunshine Saloon's Conditional Use Permit <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> EXHIBIT B <br /> This application is to modify items#2 and#6 of Exhibit A Resolution No PC—91-96 case <br /> Number UF-91-77. Item#2 states that the Hours of Operation shall be limited to 10 AM - 2AM <br /> Seven days a week and I would like to have those hours expanded to 8 AM—2 AM seven days <br /> A week with the outside Patio closing at 10 PM in order to offerfood and beverage service to <br /> Our clientele. Item#6 states that no alcohol shall be consumed outside the establishment, <br /> Afterthe last 22months we have operated under a Temporary Use Permit which has allowed <br /> Customers to choose between inside or outside dining. Our Western exposure provides for <br /> An inviting atmosphere to enjoy food,beverage,and time to enjoy relaxation and conversation. <br /> We would like the opportunity to continue this outdoor experience. <br /> Our current permanently attached patio is 70 feet long and 10 feetwide with a 48"walkthrough <br /> On the parking lot side underthe building overhang. Our future planning is to add an additional <br /> 1040 square feet (52 feet long x 20 feet wide)of patio seating in the parking lot with a 48 inch <br /> Walkaround on the outside of the patio in order to keep the Patio in an"Attached"status. We will <br /> Provide all the required fencing,signage,exits,and additional parking to facilitate this modification <br /> To our current establishment. <br /> Please feel free to contact me regarding any clarifications or additional information you may have <br /> Regarding this matter. <br /> Sincerely RobertA Rossi <br /> required. The Director of <br /> Community Development may approve the modification or refer the matter to the Planning <br /> Commission if judged to be substantial. <br /> 10. SIGNAGE: This approval does not include approval of any signage. If signs are desired, the <br /> applicant shall submit a sign proposal to the Planning Division for review and approval prior to <br /> sign installation. <br /> 11. EXTERIOR CHANGES: Changes to the exterior of the building shall not be made without prior <br /> approval from the Planning Division. <br /> 12. RELOCATION: If the applicant wishes to relocate the use to a new address or tenant suite, the <br /> applicant shall secure a new conditional use permit prior to occupying the new building or tenant <br /> space. <br /> 13. IMPACT FEES: The applicant shall pay the required sewer fees, traffic impact fees, and all other <br /> fees the proposed use may be subject to prior to building permit issuance. The type and amount <br /> of the fees shall be those in effect at the time the building permit is issued. <br /> 14. BUILDING PERMIT: Any tenant improvement plans shall be submitted to the Building and Safety <br /> Division for review and approval prior to operation. The applicant shall obtain a building permit <br /> prior to commencement of any work. <br /> End <br />
