City of Pleasanton–Spotorno Ranch Reduced Development Project
Initial Study/Consistency Checklist Environmental Checklist

FirstCarbon Solutions 77
https://adecinnovations.sharepoint.com/sites/PublicationsSite/Shared Documents/Publications/Client (PN-JN)/2148/21480021/Consistency Checklist/21480021 Spotorno Ranch Consistency Checklist ScreenCheck.docx
complaint or issue notification. The BAAQMD’s phone number shall also be visible to ensure
compliance with applicable regulations.

Conclusion
The proposed project would not result in new or more severe impacts than those analyzed in the
1998 HVSP FEIR. The proposed refinement to MM D1 through D4 would enhance protections for the
public and construction workers, in compliance with current best practices recommended by the
BAAQMD for all construction projects in their jurisdiction. These measures are essentially the same
as the mitigation measures associated with the 1998 HVSP FEIR, in combination with recent
regulations in California. No new or more severe impacts were identified that would constitute new
or more severe impacts than those found in the 1998 HVSP FEIR.
