The PUD would conform to the HVSP, and <br />would also reflect conformance with Measures PP and QQ, and with Measure FF’s description of the <br />UGB. <br />The proposed project would also require the approval of tentative and final subdivision maps in <br />compliance with the Subdivision Map Act, including grading and improvement plans. <br />2.4 - Construction Schedule <br />Construction is assumed to begin with site preparation in 2022, and would continue for an estimated <br />2 years. Because each house would be owner-constructed, the ultimate buildout date is not known, <br />but is estimated to be within the 2 years for analysis purposes. <br />2.4.1 - Discretionary Actions <br />• Planned Unit Development Rezoning and Development Plan <br />• Vesting Tentative and Final Subdivision Map and Improvement Plans <br />• Growth Management Agreement for 22 Growth Management Unit Allocations <br />• Affordable Housing Agreement (The proposed development does not include an affordable <br />inclusionary housing component; the applicant instead is proposing to include ADUs and pay <br />the Affordable Housing Fee) <br /> <br />2.4.2 - Ministerial Actions <br />Subsequent ministerial actions would be required, including, without limitation, issuance of grading <br />permits, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.
