Location and Notification Map <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the Planning Commission adopt the attached resolution recommending <br />approval of PUD-138, Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map 8616, and vacate of a segment of <br />public right-of-way located within the project site to the City Council, based on the required <br />findings and subject to the draft Conditions of Approval in Exhibit A; and findings that the <br />project is consistent with the Happy Valley Specific Plan and zoning.
