(Address <br />this condition prior to encroachment permit issuance) <br /> <br />73. SANITARY SEWER CONNECTIONS/CLEANOUT: The applicant shall provide <br />each lot, parcel of land, or building with an independent connection to the public <br />sanitary sewer main. A sanitary sewer service lateral with a two-way cleanout <br />shall be installed at the back of the sidewalk or curb, whichever is applicable, at <br />each lot of record within the development in compliance with the City Standard <br />Specifications and Details in effect at the time of issuance of permits. (Address <br />this condition prior to improvement plan approval) <br /> <br />74. WATER LATERALS AND METERS: The applicant shall provide each lot, <br />parcel of land, or building with an independent connection to the public water <br />main and water meter. Meters shall be obtained from the City of Pleasanton <br />Water Department after paying all applicable fees. Water meter box lids shall <br />be by Armorcast Products Company or approved equal to accommodate <br />remote meter reading equipment. (Address this condition prior to improvement <br />plan approval) <br /> <br />75. UTILITY VAULTS: The applicant shall set existing and proposed utility vaults to <br />the grade of adjacent curb and/or sidewalk as determined by and subject to the <br />review and approval of the Director of Engineering/City Engineer and prior to <br />City Council acceptance of public improvements. (Address this condition prior <br />to tract acceptance) <br /> <br />76. STORMWATER TREATMENT: The project creates and/or replaces 10,000 <br />square feet or more of impervious surface (collectively over the entire project <br />site) and shall comply with Section “C.3.b Regulated Projects” of the NPDES <br />Permit No. CAS612008, and amendments, issued by the San Francisco Bay <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board. The improvements plans shall include <br />the Stormwater Management Plan prepared by a California licensed civil <br />engineer, indicating the type and locations of stormwater treatment measures <br />to be installed (numbered sequentially for identification purposes), and sizing <br />calculations. The Stormwater Management Plan shall be subject to review and <br />acceptance by the Director of Engineering/City Engineer, prior to the issuance <br />of permits. (Address this condition prior to improvement plan approval) <br /> <br />77. HYDROMODIFICATION MANAGEMENT: The project will create and/or <br />replace 1 acre or more of impervious surface and increase the total impervious <br />surface area over the pre-project surface area and shall comply with Section <br />“C.3.g Hydromodification Management” of NPDES Permit No. CAS612008 and <br />amendments, issued by the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control <br />Board. Post construction stormwater runoff shall drain to approved permanent <br />Hydromodification Management (HM) controls to mitigate increases in peak <br />runoff flow and increased runoff volume created by the project.
