He and his firm have <br />already made millions by pressuring or threatening other communities with law suits. Our city is too small <br />to be divided into tiny districts based on arbitrary "interests". I am totally against this policy and process. <br />Please share with us the data on the "Underrepresented" voters in our city? Who are they? How has <br />Pleasanton violated the Voting Rights Act of 2001? <br />The districting of Pleasanton appears to be a process that will increase tensions between ethnic, political <br />and religious groups. It will most certainly divide neighborhoods and pit them against each other as has <br />happened in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Is that the kind of division and unrest that you want for our <br />
