Public Comment regarding items not listed on the agenda <br /> Laurene Green spoke on behalf of Tri-Valley Air Quality Community Alliance (TVAQCA) and advised <br /> TVACQA solicits ideas that can be locally implemented to deal with and mitigate air pollution in a local <br /> setting. They are now running its second annual survey for residents and workers in the Tri-Valley to fill <br /> out.
