The small businesses housed there serve <br />a WALKABLE community -the hardware store, vet, restaurants, etc. are used extensively by the neighborhoods <br />surrounding the Santa Rita/Valley intersection. We do need housing in Pleasanton, but please don't displace these <br />small businesses and disrupt the community. There's tons of room in the Hacienda Business Park area and southern <br />end of the city.
