•,;` S T E E LWAVE
Land Use Planniniz Reauirements: Developing the Steelwave Site would require
infrastructure and circulation planning, and the site would be developed for
mixed uses. Other sites recommended for inclusion in the Inventory will similarly
require infrastructure and/or circulation planning and will result in the
development of mixed uses.
As summarized above, the Steelwave Site does not appear to pose planning challenges
greater than those of other sites recommended for inclusion in the Inventory.' As with those
sites, we believe these challenges can be adequately addressed for the Steelwave Site, and that
they do not justify its exclusion from the Inventory.
In closing, we hope you will see the housing development opportunities the Steelwave
Site holds for the City. We ask that you give us the chance to help you realize those
opportunities by recommending the Steelwave Site for inclusion in the Housing Element
Update.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Steven M.
