See Exhibit A.
Recommended Score: 1
1d) Site is not anticipated to require offsite sewer, water or dry utilities infrastructure improvements.
According to the 2015 East Pleasanton Specific Plan Draft Environmental Impact Report prepared by the
City, development of the USL parcels is not anticipated to require extensive offsite utility improvements. If
the USL Parcels were annexed into the City, only minor offsite linear utilities (i.e., pipelines) would be
required to connect the Parcels to existing infrastructure.
Recommended Score: 1
1e) Site is adjacent to Recycled Water infrastructure. According to the 2015 East Pleasanton Specific Plan
Draft Environmental Impact Report prepared by the City, the USL Property development would include a
recycled water loop connection to the existing City services to the north. See Exhibit C.
Recommended Score: 1
2c) Site is within 1/3 mile of transit stop with 15 minute headway to a BART station. Wheels Route 10
operates on Stanley Blvd and Santa Rita Road with frequency at 13 minute as referenced in the East
Pleasanton Specific Plan with less than 15 minute headway. See Exhibit C.
Recommended Score: 1
2d) Site is within 1/3 mile of a transit stop with 30 minute headway. See Exhibit C.
Recommended Score: 1
2e) Site is adjacent to an existing bike facility. The USL Parcels are less than 500 yards from the intersection
of Busch Road and Ironwood Avenue, where an existing bike lane runs along Busch Road and connects to
the Iron Horse Trail near the intersection of Busch Road and Valley Avenue. Additionally, it is contemplated
that development of the USL Parcels would include extension of the Iron Horse Trail through the Property.
See Exhibit C.
Recommended Score: 1
2f) Site is within 1 mile of freeway on-ramp. The USL Property, referenced as Parcel H, is within 1 mile of
the 1-580 on-ramp. See Exhibit A.
Recommended Score: 1
3b) Site is within % mile of an existing elementary school.
