From: -
To: Jennifer Haoen
Subject: Housing Element
Date: Friday, December 3, 20218:58:31 AM
I am opposed to any idea of rezoning the Mission or Valley
Plaza shopping centers. I probably go to Mission Plaza almost
everyday..... the Health Food Store, UPS, Hardware, cancer
donation site, the vet and my favorite breakfast place in all
of Pleasanton. How this seems like a good idea to replace it
with HIGH DENSITY HOUSING is beyond me. It is already a
traffic problem and I cannot imagine what that would do with
such an increase of cars. I thought High Density housing was
good if it were near BART, which this is NOT. What about the
tax revenues for the city? What about water supplies? No
matter how I look at this it is nothing but a very bad idea.
Cherri Gurney
Resident since 1997
Click here to report this email as spam.
